ok guys, here's the deal, whenever I want to record my pvp session and I record with Fraps, then boom, wow, shakalaka, I'm running 30fps. OBS drops fps down to 4 and Bandicam drops it aswell.
Without recording, I'm running 90-120fps.
Hope I can get any good answer.

won't help, tried lowest setting possible. Gonna take trip to update every driver and then gonna try with Action! and Fraps again.

Okay, I got my low fps problem fixed with modded drivers. If anyone is using Intel HD3000 or other series and has same problem as me, just download modded GPU drivers and you will gain +10-+60fps.
I got stable 720p60FPS recording with Action!

Fraps is the worst. The file sizes are soooo huugggeee.
OBS and Bandicam are okay, the best recording sodtware I know for very low quality computers is Dxtory, or something like that,I downloaded it but never used it, it's soo complicated and you have to buy it, it gives you a trial version, you can probably get one for free from the internet.
