Gkit Glitch Brand New Player

Hello I redeemed a random class voucher and got the gkit Gunslinger on kitpvp but I did not recieve the set, also i dont know if its a permanate gkit I can use. I have spent over 150$+ on keys and have gotten it from that. Please advise if its a permanent gkit I can use. Because it says locked, and I did not recieve any type of set either so thats why I was confused.

If you get it from the summer loot box, than for your information it's very buggy as it was only available for 24 hours. Unfortunately, items lost or inaccessible due to bugs cannot be refunded.

I did not receive it from a summer lootbox it was from the wild west key. I have spent alot of money I don't like getting scammed by a server. This is very stupid im not going to lie and i've been waiting for a reply for a day now. This is unreasonable.

The other option is to open a payment issue, explain that you spent $150, got random gkits, and got a containers from it, but when you opened it, there was nothing. One key costs 400 gold, so explain that too.

Check you're mailbox by using /mail, or make a payment related ticket as this is a ssnl crate reward.
