genbuckets rework​

Detailed description:

Currently when you gen a genbucket at for example y 1, it goes all the way up to y 256. I would like you guys to change it to only go up to y 255.​

Reason(s):

Right now when your making a cbox and people are flying over you to prevent you from genning walls on your cannon, normally you try to gen lower for example y 30 and when you gen, it goes all the way up to 256, which makes it very annoying as you can't water it as easily. And generally when your fixing walls with psuedo genbuckets it goes all the way up to y 256 which means you have to break the blocks at y 256 which is also annoying.​
