When I type /friend request it is showing oh no you don't have no pending requests why plz someone tell my.

Use the command to accept or reject the request.

I'm not sure what you want to do, but to check the friend list /friend list.
If you want to request a friend, /friend add <username>.

My question is when I first time I added my friend I can add him as my friend after I tried to add my another but I can't add him why that is my question.

I think there are two reasons why you are not late...
The first is that he has set his preferences to not accept friend requests.
The second reason is a bug, but I think it's unlikely.
If you are already friends with them, you cannot add them.
