Hello,
I've been playing Pika since 7-8 months. I like the server soo much but there are two major problems that I face which are :-
1. That the lag in lobby. I live in India there are many people who play Pika but they also face the same problems that the lobby is soo lagging (Internet wise or Ping wise lagging).
2. The Console banning problem. See when I lag just for 5 sec the console banned me for 7 days (1week). I think that the console is my Enemy (LOL) because it banned me 96 times without any warning ⚠. So, my suggestion is to upgrade the Console for not banning the people (Yes it can warn them or kick them but they can rejoin).. Please I respect you Pika staff and pika moderators. ​

They can't really do much. However, you can appeal for an unban here.

There's nothing the server can do, due to PikaNetwork lacking staff members they can't mentor 2000 players and make sure noone is cheating, however the server also can't fix the ping (because ur from India ur most likely facing the issue when EU players deal with it less)

However, we have eventually decided to deny your suggestion due to the following reason(s):

• The issue with lag is entirely on your side and, therefore, we can't do anything about it.
• Console bans/kicks are caused by your connection as well so we can't do anything about that as well.
