Fly enchant. bug?

hello guys,

I tried to enchant fly (/warp tokens) on my OP pickaxe. (from /buy).
But, I cant put it on my pickaxe. now different ppl said to me that its impossible to get fly on a item with unbreaking. so. The donormine isnt comming back tho and I dont want to make my pickaxe useless. so please 'fix' it

no, my bug is that we cant enchant fly on a item with unbreaking. and I just picked my pickaxe to explain it.

That's not a bug. They want it to be like that else it's to OP. Besides, you can always repair the item
