Fix /helpop

this is not suppose to be a command .

to get help all you have to do is type help in chat and a staff member will come to your aid

Hey,

If you need any help, staff members will always try to help. Like Nutella and QMM said; /helpop isn't meant to be a thing.

- If you need help regarding donation/password issues, please make a support ticket here, and/or go into TS3.

/helpop actually do work in some servers such as Op Faction 1 and 2
usage: /helpop (msg)
you can use this to tell an online staff members to check on someone that you suspect for hacking or etc. instead of msging them or yell in the chat...
