False bans

I am fed up, it has been more than 4-5 times when i got false bans because of the console. i am getting banned every other day and whenever i submit an appeal, they just reject the appeal. i once talked to a staff member and he said me to start recording and clip the time when i am getting banned as an evidence that i am fait so i did start recording. When i appeal and upload the recording, they say "Your punishment has been deemed valid." and that" The system has detected unusual behavior on your account" This also leads me losing my stuff which holds a really great value for me. I need a reply that why is it happening ;-;

hello i would like to be unmuted because there is no evidence of me flooding the chat or something u can see clearly i typed multiple D Letters so that doesnt prove it is a flooding also flooding the chat means spamming same text over and over stacking it up till the point its hard to see what other people typed in the chat i would kindly like to staff to unmute me i got muted for 6 days thats not a spam thats a false mute Its not a spam the flooding means i repeat again it means to spam the same text really fast like copy and paste it instantly in chat instantly sending it and actually flooding even tho if i typed multiple D letters it doesnt mean im flooding the chat ! UNMUTE ME ! STAFF WHAT IS THIS ?!
