false ban on new acc just bought the acc and cant even play on it

It looks like you have used the username of the banned player. In that case, I don't think you can do much, because even if you get unbanned you cannot play on it since you have to login, and you do not know the password since the account was first registered by someone else.

The best you can do is change your username after the 30 days cooldown, and use a cracked account, if you want to play right now.

If you were banned before buying the account then it just means you had bad luck
But I guess you bought a new account and then cheated on it by using an autoclicker(from ss I assumed) and when one of the staff members screenshared, you got caught
That is what happened and it's quite fair

the thing is i didnt cheat tho its my firts time login in using this account the admins can check logs

I see, this kamcinja is your main account and it is ipban because you cheated on an alt account well I can see in the punishment tab that this account does not have a direct ban but another account on the same ip does, that's why this account is affected by the ipban ( lol oversmart guy )

Looks like you thought using an alt would get around it but that's not how it works and If you want to avoid this happening again just don't cheat

Essentially if golem is true then you should be punished for ban evading which can lead to a harsher punishment
