do playervaults take time to be accessed after redeeming playervault vouchers?

So, I bought 3 playervault vouchers in OpSkyBlock on the /transfer shop and I redeemed two of them but I still can't access not even one.
It says that I don't have permission for that.

Yeah I did that but it still didn't work, what I had to do for it to work was buy the first in-game rank which is peasant and that way I could access them, thank you for replying anyway :)
