Discord Help

Hi pika.
I am new here and when I go to discord, the staff who are on never respond.
I guess that is b/c they are busy, so who are the next best people to ask? I have been told to ask for either people called ruby, skyarmyfan11, or MasterDandy. Are they helpful or are ppl just pulling my leg?

Yesterday a donator was saying something and staff had to correct him alot.

No problem, you can ask skyarmyfan11, he knows a lot of stuff, which it may help you! Or if there is a staff member that he's/she's currently on! Message them, and if they reply means they are on, good luck again! =)

Welcome to Pika!
The #helpneeded lobby in discord gets checked by staff every so and so. It's not being continuesly looked at. You can mostly expect trials to help a lot there though, since they only have one server to take care of.
