Discord Embeds Improvements​

Detailed description:

The PikaNetwork Discord bot embeds don't look visually sorted and good. For example, in the changelogs channel, the /history embeds, and more. The bot globally uses legacy embeds, which feels outdated. I would like to suggest migrating all the embeds to Components V2 and improving them visually as it will make them look way better. While I know that the migration will be very huge task, and could take a long time, it will give the bot a better user experience in the long term.​

Reason(s):

1. More modern and refined look — Components V2 would give the bot a more modern look rather than using an old-fashioned legacy embed design.
2. Better information structuring — Changelogs, /history, and other heavy-on-information messages can be divided into well-structured sections.
3. Better consistency — Migration of the bot worldwide will let its messages have a single consistent and professional design.
4. Better use of Discord’s UI — Components V2 gives more freedom of movement for containers, sections, text display, separators, buttons, and other components.
5. Better readability and scannability — Better spacing and structuring would help users locate information faster.
6. Less cluttered messages — Heaps of information can be organized in several sections instead of putting everything in one big legacy embed.
7. Better UX — Clean design will make bot commands and responses easier to use.
8. Future-friendly design — Components V2 design will help the bot to benefit from Discord UI more in the future.
9. More customization — Components V2 design gives more room for creativity in terms of creating bot messages of various types.
10. Brand uniformity — A single Components V2 design of the PikaNetwork bot would make it more recognizable on the server.
