Disable elytras and tridents in combat​

Detailed description:

I offer disabling elytras in combat tridents too and lowering the pearl countdown​

Reason(s):

People are running in the pot pvp area at spawn using elytras and this makes ppl effort to make pots and gear useless cus they can't get kills​
