What is the difference between silver and gold rank on practice?

Gold rank have all of the silver rank perks
But have some more to it like:

• It gives you access to all the chatcolors
• You can host events with it

Access to some chat colors (/chatcolor).
Access to the /nightvision command.
Access to the /ptime command.
Ability to host a public party everyone can join.


Gold
Access to all chat colors (/chatcolor)
Ability to host events (/events)
All of the Silver rank perks
