Trial-Helper was there to train the helpers, it was the same as not having a helper rank. Admins can moderate the new staff to see if he has any knowledge about hacks before giving him the rank.
And regarding the head-admins, there is no need to have a hundred types of staff ranks.
Just keep it simple; Helper, Moderator, Admins, Co-Owner, and Owner :)
