So simply you again grind the heads to unlock 250 spawners?

Also, that's the best way to stop people from getting Billions/Trillions without not working hard too much. It allows people to work hard to grind the skulls then unlock each spawner. If Custom Enchants are being introduced, then I suggest try and grab Mob head enchant (1-10), if you have a Mob head 10, then that would be easy to grind the skulls unless they nerf it.
