it should change the bans into punishments coz there is not only bans and there is mor epunishments like warn, mute and kicks to everyone can know there is punishment lists not only bans​

many people go there usually to check THEIR OWN punishments, Or someone specific, other than that no one goes to randomly binge through random punishments.
"punishments" is a much more appropriate name here

It clearly isn't "needed", but it seems to be a minor fix that makes the section's title much more appropriate for its purpose.

It's not a big change, but it should be something easy to change, so I don't see why not.
