Change in Reaction-Spamming Punishment​

Detailed description:

So as of right now, If you reaction spam someone, the punishment is 2 warning points for 3 months + score reset. So whether someone does 15 positive/negative reaction spam or 500, they get the same punishment. This should be changed to, If someone reaction spams 20, They get punished 1 time, If they do 40, They get punished twice.
20 spam = 2 warning points for 3 months
40 spam = 4 warning points for 3 months
60 spam = 6 warning points for 3 months and so on.​

Reason(s):

This will reduce reaction spamming on forums since doing it a lot can get you perm ban, otherwise someone can basically get someone to -1 reaction score and not get banned for it.​

tf you talking about, literally if for example, upper spammed you, and they remove only uppers reactions, apparently your rs will be 0?
