So, Donator rank aka vip, elite, and titan can fly in lobby.
But lets see this ss

Bat disguise needs vip to activated which makes the fly function useless as your rank already give you the fly abilities.

So how you want it to be/ change?
The easiest method i could think of is that enables all player (aka no donator ranks needed) to activate the morph.
Then
First, there won't have some buggy situation like this ->

Second, this small change will have no affect.
Third, can solve the problem of the repeatability of the ranks abilities, and the morph abilities.
