Is capping Koth really that easy? Standing from a F2P player perspective, I can see it being an extremely hard task to complete, or maybe impossible, espeically it is a requirement on the level.

They're usually quite easy. However depending at what time of day you go, there can be lots of people.
I advise brewing iron clad and slow falling potions and carrying around 3 iron clad and 6 slow falling, you can splash slow falling on anyone who tries to attack you and if there is somebody with a mace, you can splash them too and it will make their mace useless whilst they have the effect. As long as you've you good armor with mending you should be able to tank the damage for 5 minutes.

just use dune its the best tank set and cheaper/easier to get and chug gaps and exp frequently.

I do use the Dune set, and some players' weapons penetrate it, taking 3-5 hearts of damage per hit

yes capping koth is impossible and idk if hes a helper saying to drink iron clad, thats quite shit it wont even help u cuz of mace as mace can bypass shield and instaantly pop u so clad dosent help moreover wearing a trash set can be good due to again these macers hacking who pop u with js 1 hit
