I think you have mistaken 2 servers, Factions are getting update and not OP Factions 2. Either you thought wrong(becouse you posted under OP Facs 2 section) or you just made mistake and accidentaly posted here with intention of posting under Factions section.

That is not quite true. It was said by staff members about 4 weeks ago that as a result of some illegal actions of players the server would get a reset. Now, also vote crates will be updated. So it is understandable that some players thing that there is an update coming. That reset that was announced has not been rolled out yet due to certain technical issues that need to be taken care off before it can be done to make sure everything works as it should. We understand that this may be a little confusing. It may just be that the reset and the next update will happen at the same time. It is hard to tell at this point.

On OP Factions 2, the massive key dupe happened 3 months ago. There still hasn't been a reset and it feels like the staff doesn't care about us. We want a reset as soon as possible.

The reset happened past week. It is not that staff does not care. There is just a lot of things to do. Please do not forget that staff members do this voluntarily and do not get payed for their work. They dedicate their free time to keep the playing experience as good as possible. Within this limited time, all staff members I know are very dedicated to to what they can to support the Pika-Network platforms. Sometimes, that may not seem enough for players, which is unfortunate. However if you watch the development of the Pika-Network overall, you see that it improves without a doubt and there is no denying that there is a lot done to make the Mine Craft experience on the Pika Network great.
