Can't login anymore

Hey guys I recently changed my minecraft username (microsoft account), and haven't been able to login into the server. If i try to register my new name, it says its already been registered. When I tried to login with my old password, it says its incorrect. I tried resetting it but it says I need to link my email and when I try to do that, it says my account needs to be authenticated.
Could someone please help me, I'm so lost. Thanks.

Since Pika is a cracked server, username changes are NOT supported. Since you already changed your username, your only options are to use a cracked launcher (tlauncher), or change your premium username back to the original one. Changing your username on Pika will simply start you on a fresh account, and stats/ranks/etc will not transfer.

yo minaga its easy go into the game without changing the password from outside of login go in then change your password

revert back to the old name, the only solution unfortunately
