Can`t buy kit

Hi,i voted for this server 100+ times and still i cant buy kit banker.Can someone tell me why?

Maybe you doesn't have enough coins yet. As far as I know, Kit Banker requires 2000 points in eggwars and more than 75-100 votes. Correct me if I am wrong.
