Quick answer ,yes and and no. Minecraft EULA states that, trading ingame items for real world currency items. [aka advantages] is not allowed. (Even though everyone does it)
But what you said trading ingame money for items, yeah, totally allowed.

Trading your real money for in-game items is dangerous. There are scammers everywhere, scamming is allowed in some gamemodes, but scamming real money is bannable.

I think u can im not sure what u mean.If u mean u will pay a guy with in game money to buy for u a rank or something with real life money i think ye u can.But u can't pay for rank from /buy with in game money

Pika Allows It i think not sure . But you CANT pay in game money for ranks
