unfortunely , OpFactions's ftop is kinda broken. We already reported that to the owners. They will fix it ASAP.
That's why you can't place anything (Chests , Hoppers etc...)

(be honest respect your players).

That will work. For a few days.

So people see that you feel compassionate for their suffering
that you show responsibility for your server not working
that you show action by keeping them informed in a location easy to find.
that you show to be human and not "the all knowing and might staff ( will give you TONS of credit)
