Bring back speed into /warp pvp and /warp mine​

Reason(s):

Well it already existed last season but for some reason the developers changed it this season without saying in announcements or even asking the community if they should remove it or not and most of the community thought it was a bug or so but turns out it was not the removal of speed has made a large impact on pvp it made it worse as there is bleeding you can just at least limit it to speed 2 no speed pvp is just bad​
