Bedwars mystery box glitch

Playing bedwars(me) Solo and completed 1 mission

-I Managed to pick a mystery box

Yesterday the games were not found(won)

And I clicked play again

And it teleported me to the main lobby as no games were found

so I go to my enderchest and there are no boxes

P.S- I want my unique box back

happened to me twice

yeah mee too i am unable to see many mystery boxes i earned by completing quests
