it wasn’t even in public and no one in the party had an issue with it. we always joke like that and we all cool.

the guy i said it to (chg_mahesh) didn’t report anything. he was afk anyway — it was just my way of saying “yo u afk bro”.

funny thing is i was recording the match when i got banned. i know exactly where and what i typed.
but pika staff don't care. they think it’s all black & white. if u not ranked or not on their good list, you're just banned. no questions.

they said i typed it in public — but i was literally THERE. i typed in party chat and have the CLIP to prove it.

this ain’t even about rules anymore. it’s just lazy staff who don’t check logs or context. they just ban and move on.

if you’re planning to play here — just know this:

If you commit a major rule break, you will be punished regardless of who you did it to, what intention you did it with and what the context behind it was.

I've talked with Varnyth regarding this and even with his friends who were present in the same party as Varnyth and i can 100% assure you that none of the players reported. There WAS a third party interference, i have no idea how but for sure there was- someone outside the party reported Varnyth and he got banned for it. I mean yeah he said the word which i obv wouldn't say here but then again, it was in a closed chat with only his close friends present. If you have played pika or any server before with your close friend, it's very common if someone is talking in such manner, ok maybe not saying the 'n' word but then again a lot of people say it in party chats, even i myself have witnessed it a good amount of times. It's not fair for someone to be banned just because he said something in a sarcastic manner with any intention of hurting anyone's sentiments in a closed/private chat. we're not really close friends but as ppl who play on the same server we all see bans happening to so many for dumb reasons
the real issue is that he added the screenshot where I said that word
and that just proves staff can see private party chats through console
plus the console bans ppl randomly
like fr if u ever get console banned or even temp banned for 1h
just submit an appeal and it gets removed
they know console's broken and got bugs
but what can u expect
they just don’t reply when they get exposed
they go silent to protect their image
