So i was playing OPSkyBlock the other day and a player by the name of 'CraftyOil' appeared in my in-game private msges,asking me if i want to hear about a 'glitch' he found.Being curious,i told yes and he asked me to type the letters k,y and s in full caps in public chat.At the moment i did not know what it meant,but for those who dont know ,its a death threat..after i told that in public chat,he reported me and i got temp banned for 30days

Yes, staff can see chat logs, but I dont think you will be getting unban even if you knew what it meant or not. Also appeal in punishment appeals.

It is a valid punishment as it is clearly your fault for doing something without knowing but if you want think it is invalid or want to explain something you can do it here. Also you can try reporting the player who told you to type this for encouraging to break the rules.

I made an appeal but it got denied for lack of proof and as i dont have an SS i dont think my report will be taken seriously..and i am not the only victim of this..a player by the name of 'NightReaper' got banned for the same reason

If you have already made an appeal and it was denied, that means it was the final decision. Nothing further can be done to revoke it. All you can do now is wait out your punishment until it has expired. Finally, I advise you not to create another appeal as you risk being punished.
