so i am dejexo from opp , recently i got banned for exploiting. i know its my fault but i didnt know that killing a player near warp pvp area is bannable
i am so sorry about it and i request for a ban reduction , i hope that i would get a ban reduction because it was my first time exploiting this bug

It is your responsibility to know what is against the rules. It is clearly mentioned in the rules as well, that lack of knowledge about the rules will not exempt you from the consequences of breaking them. So, there is no option but to wait out your punishment.
