Look, you seem really nice, but listen to me for a moment. Imagine yourself in my place, you want to resume the games that you stopped because you have a job and you no longer have time to have fun. And one fine day, you decide to start playing again and he bans you for no reason. I get your point, but as i know they banned you because the person (who got banned) and your ip are same, if you have to get unbanned, you would surly have to give a prove / evidence that your innocent.

the problem is that the person was banned 1 or 2 months before me but I don't understand why they didn't ban him IP. and that I stupidly pick up. Hoping that one day I will be unbanned...

I've already explained it thousands of times. I logged in and overnight I'm banned because he thinks I'm a fucking double account

They don't care about the evidence you provide its a one sided decision in the end.
same thing happened with me as i was perm banned for ban evasion.


in my appeals
i provided evidence and yet they just rejected it
my account was hacked once and i made support tickets to get it back i provided all the screenshots for it ( with the accepted support ticket of getting my account back after franco rested my password)

my Ip changes each time my WIFI restarts as well and the reason above is also a reason that another player might have a linked Ip to me
Also shared all the account transfer request i made which was accepted by Max.
and the account i got perm banned was created on 22/6/24.
and they player whom i was told i was ban evading was banned on May 19 2024.

i was banned for ban evading a non ranked player whose level one on the server

even with all the evidence and explanations
They just replied with : valid ban
and arrly said Decision is Already made cant do anything about it
and i was told if i ever play on pika again i would be ban evading


they just want people to spend bucks here and ban them for bullshit reasons

I see I'm not the only one... but hey it's disgusting I put a lot of money into the game for people to shit on me...

But the worst part of all this is that a former member of the staff banned me... and actually they don't read the tickets

I made a first ticket, I was told it was valid for no reason and after wanting to make another ticket they canceled it because of spam......

I totally agree with you but I barely started again a few weeks ago because of work...and I get banned without doing anything...the guy can get banned I don't care but I haven't done anything on my part, I no longer understand anything, especially that no admin explains to me...
