Any C4D experts here?

So I've had C4D for a few good months, but I'm still terrible at it. Can anyone recommend any good rendering settings, I always use Global illumination and Ambient Occulision (I think that's how u spell it). I tried making a profile pic using tutorials, but I always fail. Also any good rigs or item packs?

I'm not a Cinema 4D expert, but I know how to use Cinema 4D.

Here is some information that I use and my settings:
Rig: I use FMR 5.0 Or the rig from UntopAnimations (friend of mine)
Render Settings: 1920 x 1080 (pixels)

I will add more stuff when im home (better pc and on my pc I have Cinema 4D R16)


And his is my best render, not my best one but I mean, I love this server the most

I use FMR 5.0 but I have R13. Other packs I use Thumbabits Model packs and Pack de 36 armes

That's alot of rigs I'll check them out ,but I'm mainly looking for render settings right now (Global Illumination, ect.)
