Accepted OP Factions Allowing message related commands in Darkzone

Suggestion:

Allowing some commands in Darkzone​

Detailed description:

Allow players to cycle between chats in darkzone (public/ally/faction chats). ​

Allow players to /msg someone in darkzone.​

Allow players to do /f who (faction/player) so that they can know who they are fighting/should fight.​

Reason(s):

It is really hard to communicate if you drop down in darkzone and you have public chat enabled. There's cooldowns and filters and whatnot. If you want to change your chat you have to exit darkzone which takes time and during extreme situatuons we can't really afford to leave dz just to execute one command.​

/f who should be enabled because sometimes the fac tag isnt visible after the player's name so we need to know who we are fighting.​

Enabling these commands in dz isn't gonna affect the pvping at all.​
