Allow Guild Leadership Transfer​

Detailed description:

The current system does not let the actual account with the leadership of a guild transfer the guild leadership to another player. This would make it so that if the leader does /g promote username on an officer, the officer get's promoted to guild leader (with a little message that warns the leader of the potential consequences of this action).​

Reason(s):

Enabling this would allow further freedom of management for the guild. Letting inactive guild leaders to pass on the guild management for the guild to continue running smoothly.​

Example(s):

For Example, this would let a guild leader give his privileges and permissions to one of his officers if he decides to quit or knows that he'll be away for some time.​
