Adding /fr <message>​

Detailed description:

So similar to the /r message which stands means "replying" to the last message you recieved by someone, I'd like a command similar to that but instead for replying to friends. It's pretty annoying to manually type in "/fmsg" or click on the last message you sent to a friend to reply back to them. Adding a command like /fr which stands for "Friend Reply" would be easy, and more convenient to do.​

- Easy to type, instead of the reasons I put above
- More convenient to send friend messages faster​
