Adding bard kit​

Detailed description:

Bard kit is something very usefull for team playing. Bard gives buffs like strength,speed,jump,resistance,regeneration by consuming bard energy. Bard Energy will getted by time, energy will fill 5 by second and the price would be 70, 60,50. Bard should wear golden armour.​

Reason(s):

I saw some good minecraft servers using this.​

There is already a way to get potions instead of having them in a kit. Non of Kitpvp's kits have potions besides instant health potions and swiftness. I believe there is /shop in Kitpvp to buy potions, armor, enchants and even the potions you want in that kit.
