Denied Global Add /report <player> command

Suggestion:

Add /report <player> command​

Detailed description:

Add /report <player> command for things like teaming or hacking. innthe hackking option, there are options to report the player for things like killaura, scaffold or etc. when there are many reports, mods must look after that person who has been reported consistently so they can ban him.​

Reason(s):

1. it would make reporting a lot easier
2.would halp ban more hackers
3. would encourage hackers to not hack because the person they hack on, they knoe that guy would report him.​

Yeah, people really like hypixel
But this one is literally 2 hours after the other one, I was looking at this by "new posts" and this was posted by people who actually use the forums regularly
