Add Replays to bedwars​

Detailed description:

There should be a replay mod that we players of pika network could use to review
footage of a game thats already been over. For reasons such as getting cinamatic shots
and more useful evidence for player reports for rulebreaking. This would help the server
out alot for kicking out all of these rulebreakers. This would also be really helpful if you
tried to make a system where we players could report a replay of a game in game without
having to open forums. And other players could vote to decide if this suspect is rulebreaking
after all the votes a few moderators could review it one more time and simply accept or deny
it. This suggestion is a inspiration for hypixel replay mod but its not a copy of it i would like
something like that to give this server more shine and glory around the list of amazing minecraft
servers like pika network please take a dive into my suggestion and hopefully you will like the idea
of my suggestion.​

Reason(s):

for giving punishments for all rulebreakers that break all the guiding rules toward the pika network minecraft server.
it could also help the player get things like cinamatic shots or game duration (how long the duration of the game was)​
