add hotbar manager to he shop​

Detailed description:

add an option to designate what your buying from the shop to your designated hotbar slot . so you dont need to change were your blocks or other items are .​

Reason(s):

it makes the game faster and smoother . in a dire situation when other teams are attacking.​
