Add an role for chatevents​

Detailed description:

Sometimes when there are chatevents people are on other apps or smth so they miss the event
And when they come back the question is already answered so it would be great if there was an role for that

Even tho is won't benefit most people cuz not everyone go for chatevents but still​

Reason(s):

The reason is.
People who want to win chatevents and get gcs
Sometimes they are offline during chatevents
So just add an role for it. Easy for everyone​

Example(s):

@Chatevent and it will notify everyone who has that role​

The whole purpose of chat events is so people are active in the chat
Or keep a regular check on the chat for events
If they do the ping before chat event then people will wait for ping and not focus on chats at all which goes against the whole purpose of chat events
