Add a separate item for cosmetics​

Detailed description:

Hello! We all know to activate or buy cosmetics we have to do
Cosmetics- Ingamecosmetics - then we can activate or buy staff
Instead of that! make separate slot in inventory to open Ingamecosmetics
some new players doesn't know how to use coins in bw or sw.​

Reason(s):

It will help players open Ingamecosmetics very fast + and new players will not get confused thnk You

(And yes it also for sw)
