Account selling/trading

Hello,on January 18th,I saw a player trying to sell his account for 100 dollars. As stated in the rules,account selling/trading is a possible ban or warn I believe. It's not fair that some players could get away with breaking the rules,am I right? Please look carefully at the file attached. This might not be taken as valid proof as there is no /realname. I just wanted to report a player that tried to sell their account. The same player has also been accused of stealing someone's items from a chest but there is no evidence of that. Thank you for reading this and hopefully a response will come soon!
