Survival able to /gift more than 18stacks items

Detailed description:

Hello,
Today I am here to give a suggestion about /maildelivery or /gift command. Currently you can only send 18 stacks of items to another player. My suggestion is to make it to 36 stacks which is a whole inventory. This could be a rank perk which increases the amount of stacks we could send to another player using the command or could be for everyone.​

Reason(s):

When you have to send a lot of items and not many shulkers, it is very annoying being only able to send 18stacks at a time.
I don't think it would cause any problem.
My friend wanted me to sell his pumpkins in blackmarket using rabbit pet, so he had to send 102 gifts for 56 inventories of pumpkins which could be reduced now.
It will conserve time.​

Well you gave a nice suggestion but only increasing it for survival isn't a good thing to do like other gamemodes have 18 stacks limit aswell so if they increase it then it should be for all servers except one hence I'll be neutral.
