able to gen when enemies are near​

Detailed description:

basically right now if an enemy is nearby you cannot gen. I would like you guys to make it so you can gen when enemies are nearby.​

Reason(s):

basically 1 guy can stop a 20man force raid by chilling at y 350 and flying around so you cannot gen and then buffercounter which is really dumb and annoying. also almost all prem servers let u gen when enemies are nearby. this will encourage factions to be more active right now if you have 5 people slaving buffers nobody can get a settup.​
