I agree, but there's an issue. It means a full netherite guy could get the poor stuff in this chest and preventing new players to take that stuff...

it's on spawn everyone can take stuff from that chest if someone has some extra iron or leather armor they just put it on that chest.

I absolutely agree with this, I have had similiar moments where I would have a diamond armor or something and it would be annoying for me to keep it so I just ./trash it. If there was a command to access a chest or a vault for new people it would be amazing. W idea.
