a bungee code which triggers a command to kick the person who swore should be added and the same for any foreign language​

Detailed description:

there are a lot of people swearing here and there speaking different language which is annoying
so i would like an implemetation of a code which triggers another code which kicks the player who swore or spoke a foreign language​

Reason(s):

annoying people speaking in different language we cant understand
people endlessly swearing each other​

It would be difficult to code something that detect every language.
The punishment for swearing and foreign languages is not kick but mute (Here are the rules)
