10% chance for games to be rumble​

Detailed description:

every skywars game has a 90% chance to be normal and a 10% chance to be rumble unless someone votes in which case the most voted for game is chosen​

Reason(s):

my fellow minigames nons can tell you every game of skywars the chat is filled with fellow nons desperately typing RUMBLE in the chat despite there being no one in the game that can vote

give these brave men what they deserve
give them rumble​

I mean the vip rank is free and u can get it to set rumble games. Plus a lot of players are ranked on minigames so they can set it to rumble.
