I don't know if you know this but pika-network is a cracked server. A VPN isn't required unless a person get's ipbanned which never happens because staff only ban, not ip ban, so even if someone doesn't have VPN they can come on the server and just continue to hack. Either they add a anti-cheat... -

I'm guessing you're talking about premium minecraft. Because Pika-NetWork allows cracked/ premium users, I suggest you making a cracked account. That way you don't have to spend money and you can freely play on the server. Please search up a tutorial if you do not know how to attain a cracked...
