Allow Ender Pearling During Combat​

Detailed description:

Allow the use of ender pearls during combat, of course with a cool down.​

Reason(s):

I don't understand why you can teleport someone to you during COMBAT but you can't simply ender pearl during combat. It's so stupid, people are able to teleport their allies or faction members during 1v1s or in fights in general, and the only way to escape them is to bow boost away, but if they have a higher punch bow you're screwed. Another reason is during raids or fights in wild, one can simply /f claim and trench down and you literally have no escape. When in the trench, they can teleport as many faction members or allies as they wish and there is literally no counter play. At least with being able to ender pearl during combat, there's a chance that u clutch pearl before they trench etc. PLease consider this thoroughly.​
