Pickaxe disappeared Urgent help
Yes, how would staffs know that you aren't lying? That's why proofs are needed. If you don't have any then you have to face the truth that you will not going to get your pickaxe back. And there's no way you think pika keeps track of everyone's inventory log. -
Unreasonable mute
Its not your first offense mate cause you can see its your 6th offense at the end of the proof link. And you know you have been muted before, lying here isn't going to help you mate. Valid punishment should not be forgiven. -

Its not like only you have to deal with those hackers. And donating to a server doesn't makes you hacker proof, it only gives you ingame content. The only thing you as a normal player can do is report the rule breaker here: https://pika-network.net/report/
